Outpatient Infusion Services Relocation/Renovation - Freehold, NJ Sweetwater completed this DCA-approved renovation to accommodate the relocation of Outpatient Infusion Services. The 3,000 SF facility consists of a waiting area, reception, exam room, consultation room, file room, kitchen, clean/soils rooms, toilets and a 10-cubicle treatment area with nurse's station and nurse call station.
Long Term Acute Care Renovation - Willingboro, NJ Sweetwater renovated 18 rooms and the nurse's station for this acute care facility on the 3rd floor. The scope of work included new HVAC and mechanicals, ceiling and flooring, within the hospital setting, adhering to ICRA codes.
Maternity Center Renovation - Newton, NJ Sweetwater performed a 5-phase project that included 17 patient rooms, family waiting room, birthing room, 2 nurses' stations and common corridors. Special considerations were given with working around patients, accommodating infection control standards, surface and equipment protection, and negative air pressure at the job site.
Surgical Center - Fort Lee, NJ Sweetwater constructed this premier 17,000 SF ASC with 4 Class-C ORs and 1 procedure room. Facility was constructed as high-end space and contains a first class interior design scheme with extensive millwork, marble, and ceramic tile.
Surgical Center - Wayne, NJ Sweetwater constructed this 7,500 SF surgical center featuring an operating room, recovery rooms, and pre-op area. New building infrastructure included an emergency generator, medical piping, sprinkler system and an extensive HVAC system. Also included in this project is an additional 3,000 SF of medical office space.
Surgical Center - Hackettstown, NJ Sweetwater completed the build-out of a 7,800 SF surgical center within a renovated supermarket building. Features 2 ORs, pre-op area, waiting rooms, recovery rooms, locker and shower areas, and kitchen. Utility areas include supply, linens, medical gases, vacuum and pump.
Endo-Surgical Center - Harrison, NJ Sweetwater completed this 9,500 SF surgical center with 2 ORs and a 2-room endoscopy suite, a retro-fit of the 3rd floor space in a professional building. The multi-specialty facility includes an elegant reception area, pre-op and dressing rooms, staff offices, kitchen, lounges, exam and treatment rooms, and open recovery area with private rooms.
Surgical Center - Parsippany, NJ Sweetwater performed the interior fitout and the exterior rehabilitation for an ASC that includes 3 Class 'C' ORs and 2 endoscopy procedure rooms. Scope included pre-op area, reception, offices, waiting rooms, recovery rooms, locker/shower areas, and kitchen. Exterior work involved replacing existing EIFS, windows, doors, and roofing.
Ambulatory Surgery Center & Dental Clinic Fitout - Rutherford, NJ Sweetwater completed this 72,000 SF fitout on 2.5 floors. The Dental Clinic includes reception, lounges, administrative, call center, radiology, clean rooms, 40 exam rooms, supply areas, doctors' lounge, and health bar. The Ambulatory Surgery Center has 4 ORs, exam, reception, staff offices, lounge, showers & locker room, medical support areas
Dental Training Facility Renovations - Wayne, NJ Sweetwater managed the renovation of the dental training facility on an academic campus. The project included classrooms with adjoining clinical instruction area and an x-ray darkroom. Specialized dental hookups for plumbing and suction, lighting, and cabinetry were included in the scope of this project.
Dental Training Facility - Parsippany, NJ Sweetwater performed this 5,000 SF renovation for the creation of a large training room, offices and a video conference room. The area included 24 workstations equipped with compressed air, natural gas and video/data, proving training in surgery and prosthetics to dental clinicians.
Assisted Living Facility - Dover, NJ Sweetwater constructed this 100,000 SF, 80-room, 120-bed facility featuring standing seam metal roof, medical and retail services, commercial laundry, food prep and dining services. Budgeting, scheduling and constructability provided throughout design helped ensure that the completed offices met the clients' cost and functionality objectives.
Skilled Nursing Center - Plainsboro, NJ Sweetwater constructed this LEED-designed, 105,000 SF facility containing 200 beds of sub-acute and long-term care. Includes a rehab gym, residential pods, dining rooms and 12-station dialysis center. Budgeting, scheduling and constructability provided throughout design helped ensure that the completed offices met the clients' cost and functionality objectives.
Assisted Living Facility - Fanwood, NJ Sweetwater completed a 44,900 SF addition to include 23 new assisted living units, with full kitchens, 23 independent living units with kitchenettes, a main dining area and lounge. Exterior finishes are brick and vinyl siding.
Assisted Living Facility - Parsippany, NJ Sweetwater constructed three 2-story additions added 21,000 square feet of resident rooms and included renovations to existing adjacent areas, as well as sitework and landscaping. A major component of this phased construction will be the coordination of the work and attention to noise, infection control and safety measures for residents and staff.
