Courtyard by Marriott - South Brunswick, NJ As Construction Manager, Sweetwater worked with the design team to fast track this 146-room hotel. To Marriott's specifications, the building has a CMU foundation, concrete slab on grade, panelized light gauge metal framing system and design-build MEPS systems. Includes indoor pool and spa, and restaurant.
Hampton Inn - South Plainfield, NJ As General Contractor, Sweetwater built this new business traveler's hotel, working with Hampton Inn's specifications of CMU foundation, concrete slab on grade and panelized light gauge metal framing system. The location has 115 guest suites, pool, deck, spa and restaurant.
Homewood Suites - East Rutherford, NJ Sweetwater completed this 7-story, 126-suite hotel with a brick and EIFS exterior. The 100,000 SF building contains in-room wireless DSL, satellite television, fully-equipped kitchens, lounge, pool, sauna, fitness room, business room, meeting rooms and food service area. The finished hotel will include an independent, commercial restaurant.
Staybridge Suites - Parsippany, NJ
Sweetwater completed this all-suite hotel with amenities such as high speed internet access, premium television, and full kitchen. In addition to the 150 guest rooms, the hotel has approximately 1,000 SF of meeting space, library, business center, fitness center and indoor pool.
Hilton Hotel Spa - Short Hills, NJ
Sweetwater performed the 12,000 SF renovation while portions of spa and adjacent hotel services were open. Scope contained reception, fitness area, locker rooms, beauty salon, treatment rooms, footbaths, vichy shower and hydrotherapy massage tub. Included new entryway, high-end tile, marble and wood finishes, built-in display cases and wall insets.
