Project Manager and executive level oversight ensures that the goals are met and the promises kept. These award winning, leading edge programs and procedures have been recognized consistently by industry groups and though peer review as a standard to be met by our competitors.
Additionally, Sweetwater is constantly improving its Risk Management program, partnering with our insurance company to better our Quality Control and Environmental Management systems. Our subcontractors must meet strict financial and performance guidelines to be considered for our bid list. Once selected for a project, their work is monitored and evaluated. Along with the principles that guide our commitment to sustainable procedures, these programs offer assurance and cost-effectiveness to our clients that a project will be as safe as possible to site workers, employees and the environment they share.
Our Experience Modification Rating (EMR) has consistently been under the 1.00 mark.
