COMPLETES WORK ON THE NEW BELL AUDI PROTOTYPE DEALERSHIP

CRANBURY, N.J., MARCH , 2008 – Sweetwater Construction Corp., a recognized leader in New Jersey construction, management and general contracting, recently completed construction management services for Bell Audi in Edison, New Jersey.

“We worked with Audi of America, Larry Lam of Parette Somjen, and the Bell Audi team on this project,” said J. Scott Ferguson, President of Sweetwater Construction Corp. “It was important for Bell Audi to build new space that would allow them to prepare for future growth.”

The new 40,000 square foot facility will enhance the customers' sales and service experience. The precision of German engineering aesthetic is reflected throughout the building based upon the "hangar style" Audi dealership design. The large curved metal roof, angled front glass wall, the Quattro Cafe, and luxurious interiors are all meant to evoke the same luxury and attention to detail as the Audi vehicle. The lines and colors in the furniture highlight the clean, sophisticated lines of the automobiles... to reinforce the Audi brand.

The new Bell Audi is located at 782 Route 1 North.
