Project Closeout

Recognizing the importance of achieving final completion or close-out on a construction project, Sweetwater has charged a Project Close-out Team to complete any punch-list in a timely manner. The team will deliver as-built (design) drawings, operational manuals, and warranty information to each owner. These final project tasks are led by our Close-out Supervisor whom remains on the job until all items are satisfactorily completed.
