COMPLETES WORK ON EMMAUS SURGERY CENTER
CRANBURY, N.J., FEB. 11, 2008 – Sweetwater Construction Corp., a recognized leader in New Jersey construction management, and general contracting, recently completed construction on a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical center in Hackettstown, New Jersey.
“We were thrilled to be part of this project”, said Gary Coopersmith, vice president of business development for Sweetwater Construction Corp. “The Emmaus Surgery Center is the 11th project of its kind that Sweetwater Construction Corp. has worked on in the last three years.”
Emmaus Surgery Center was constructed in the old A&P building on Route 46. It includes two operating rooms, patient preparatory and recovery areas, examination rooms, nursing stations, and comfortable reception areas for patients and their families. The operating rooms and sterile corridors are designed and constructed according to hospital standards for architectural finishes, HVAC, electrical and medical gases.
Sweetwater Construction Corp. worked with the Murphy Healthcare Group and JK Roller Architecture on executing construction and installing the critical medical equipment.
