Sweetwater to Begin Construction of a New Assisted Living Facility in East Windsor, NJ

The Seasons at East Windsor will be an Upscale Community for Seniors

Cranbury, N.J. (January, 2012) Sweetwater Construction Corp., a recognized leader in New Jersey construction management and general contracting, is about to begin construction of this 89,000 square-foot facility at Princeton-Hightstown Road.

Coining Award Winner The beautifully designed 3-story building will contain 86 units, housing 120 beds (to include a dedicated Alzheimers wing), and will provide a continuum of care from Alzheimers to assisted living. Amenities such as dining, cinema, game room, spa, fitness center, and beauty parlor, as well as nursing, therapy areas and offices will be located on the first floor. Living units will be on the upper floors, with terraces, lounges, laundry, and staff offices.

The owner and developer is EW Acquisition of Eatontown, New Jersey.

The project is being designed by David L. Mammina Architect, P.C. of Forest Hills, New York.

Sweetwater continues to add to its portfolio of continuing care and medical facility construction and renovation. The firm is set to start building a 92,000 square-foot, skilled nursing center in South Amboy in March. Recent similar projects include The New Merwick Care & Rehab Center in Plainsboro (NJ), CareOne at Morris (NJ) and Franciscan Oaks in Denvile (NJ).
