Sweetwater offers proficient analysis of cost and schedule duration considerations to assess building program requirements. In the Preconstruction phase, we offer ongoing cost and schedule reviews throughout a construction project. During preconstruction, estimating services benchmark costs. Material lifecycle analyses and alternative building methodologies are put forth to ensure the best solutions for cost, schedule and functionality are achieved.

During construction, the Project Team puts the program in place. The Superintendent directs onsite activity, ensuring attention to detail, cleanliness, safety and subcontractor schedule and manpower. The Project Manager oversees the site as well, focusing on adherence to cost schedule and quality standards. Project meetings are held weekly, regularly measuring team performance.
